- Pre-paid bookings (Bookings in advance with cards) will be refunded in maximum 5 working days from the moment of cancellation.
- If you need to cancel your booking, please contact Alfa Travel Solutions as soon as possible. We will accept any cancellation as long as 24 hours notice is provided. There will be a £10 or 10% (whichever is higher) administration / transaction charge per journey.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours but more than 12 hours prior to booking there will be a £30 cancelation fee.
- If you cancel less than 12 hours prior to booking you will be liable for the full cost of the booking.

We do ask that all passengers notify us if they still have not entered the arrival hall 1 hour after their flight lands.
